OPENING NIGHT GUESTS, FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 19th:

– Doors open at 6:00 PM, curtain at 7:00 PM

– Concessions available

– Ticket scanning and will call at the door.

– Formal Attire – add some flare, it’s a fun night!

– Blue Carpet Reception 4:00-6:30 PM

– Appetizers, complimentary Champagne, and cash bar.

– Season 9 Performance – House Open 6:30 PM, curtain at 7:00PM

– After Party – 9:00PM-1:00AM

– Complimentary Champagne and Late-Night Munchies

– All VIP and 21+ Guests will receive wrist bands required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol.

What is Dancing for the Stars

Dancing for the Stars is Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona’s signature fundraising event, and Prescott’s premier dance competition, pairing local celebrities with professional dancers.

All proceeds directly benefit our local Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona, with Clubs in Prescott and Prescott Valley.  DFTS has been a huge success, thanks to the generosity of our community and the hard work of our amazing dancers.  Last year, the event raised over one third of our annual budget!

  • Our Opening Night is September 19th. Doors open at 6:00 PM, Show starts at 7:00 PM
  • Our Main Event with VIP Reception is September 20th at 4:00 PM

The event is being held at the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center located at 1100 E Sheldon St, Prescott, AZ 86301.

  • Opening Night, Sep. 19th is casual to formal, whatever you like
  • Main Event, Sep 20th Attire – Formal. Dress your Best!

  • Opening Night Tickets cover entry to the show
  • Main Event Tickets cover entry to the blue carpet VIP party and show. Complimentary champagne provided.

• Upon entry to Yavapai College, park anywhere you like in the primary parking lot near the performing arts center.

The Blue Carpet Reception (included with VIP tickets) begins at 4:00pm and will take place within the PAC as well as YC’s Sculpture Garden. The reception is an elegant party with delicious food, wine & beer, and live entertainment. You’ll have the opportunity to take photos with your friends, family and your favorite dancer(s)!

The Jim and Linda Lee Performing Arts Center requires that clear bags are used by all guests. Metal detectors are present upon entry. No firearms are permitted on Yavapai College grounds.
